At Mimiecosmeticnie, we offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Shipping times depend on the method you choose and your location.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. only):

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Cost: Free for orders over $50, otherwise a flat fee of $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S. only):

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: $15.99
  • International Shipping (Outside the U.S.):

    • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)
    • Cost: Varies based on location, calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors such as weather, customs delays, or incorrect shipping addresses. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is placed, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. After processing, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.):

    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50, or a flat fee of $5.99 for orders under $50.
    • Expedited Shipping: $15.99
  • International Orders:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and order weight. These costs will be shown at checkout.

Taxes and Duties: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and additional charges may be applied by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through the shipping carrier’s website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Some international destinations (due to customs restrictions or shipping limitations)

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and assist you in filing a report.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package is damaged upon arrival, please send a photo of the damaged goods along with your order details to info@mimiecosmeticnie.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
