- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the proof of purchase and return authorization.
- Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
